However, users may not reverse engineer, manipulate, or create derivative works from the application's source code, assets, or unique interfaces under Tapasya Labs' copyright.

4. Device Data and Liability

Jaap Counter | Digital Mala stores your continuous meditation statistics exclusively on the local storage footprint of your device. Tapasya Labs operates no remote synchronization for these records.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tapasya Labs excludes liability for any accidental uninstallation, data wipe, device loss, or unintended data corruption of your chanting progress. The software is provided "AS IS" without specific warranties of any kind.
