These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Udyam (Udyam Habit Tracker & streaks) mobile application developed by Tapasya Labs.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Udyam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Description of Service

Udyam is a habit tracking and productivity application designed to help users build consistent habits and improve daily routines.

The application allows users to:

  • Create and manage habits
  • Track streaks and progress
  • View statistics
  • Export and import habit data

The application works primarily offline and stores all user data locally on the user's device.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the application only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the application, except where permitted by applicable law
  • Not modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the application without permission

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, graphics, content, and software related to Udyam are owned by Tapasya Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tapasya Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of user data
  • Device failures
  • Decisions made using information from the application
  • Interruptions or software bugs

Because data is stored locally, Tapasya Labs cannot recover lost information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Tapasya Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The application is a productivity tool and does not provide professional advice.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date.

9. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it.

Uninstalling the application may permanently delete locally stored data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
